UK SOLE REPRESENTATIVE VISA PROCESS
- The visa application can be applied online with all required documents and applicable fee. A decision on the visa is mostly made within three weeks by the issuing authority.

UK SOLE REPRESENTATIVE VISA ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT
- Have sufficient funds to aid yourself without any further assistance from public funds.
- You must be qualified to pass an approved English language test with a minimum of CEFR level A1 in speaking and listening as well as an educational qualification who’s medium of language was English, and is thereby recognised by UK NARIC as being equivalent to a UK bachelor’s degree, master’s degree or PhD as a result.

UK SOLE REPRESENTATIVE VISA DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
- Your existing passport or any other kind of valid documentation In relation to your travel.
- Proof that you can support yourself or any of your family members who have accompanied you during your trip, for instance your bank statements or payslips for the previous 6 months.
- Details of your stay while you arrive in UK
- Test results to showcase your proficiency in English language
- Tuberculosis test results in case you are coming from a country, where you have had to undertake the test.
