The Business Talent Visa (Subclass 132) is available in two streams:
Significant Business History Stream
This business visa Australia is created for experienced business owners who wish to operate a new or an existing business in Australia.
The visa requires you to fulfil the following conditions:
- Be under 55 years of age
- Have assets of a net value of at least AUD1.5 million (lawfully acquired)
- Be nominated by an Australian state or territory government
- The business must have an annual business turnover of at least AUD3 million for at least 2 out of 4 fiscal years immediately before you are invited to apply.
- Have a total net assets of at least AUD400, 000 as the ownership interest in one or more qualifying businesses for least 2 of the 4 fiscal years immediately before you are invited to apply.
Venture Capital Entrepreneur Stream
Available for entrepreneurs who have sourced adequate venture capital funding from the Australian Investment Council (AIC).
The visa requires you to fulfil the following conditions:
- Be under 55 years of age
- You must have sourced AUD1 million from an Australian venture capital firm.
- be nominated by an Australian state or territory government
- be invited to apply for the visa
