- Under Real Estate Investment, the applicant has to invest a minimum of US$400,000 in real estate development and hold it for at least 5 years, else an investment of US$200,000 can be made in a government-approved luxury resort and this has to be maintained for at least 7
APPLICATION PROCESS
The process of St. Kitts citizenship is well streamlined. You just need to fulfil the eligibility criteria and have the documents to back any claim that you make.
- While applying, you are required to have birth certificates of each applicant, police records, bank statements and proof of address
- The form would include application for Registration as a citizen, photograph and signature certificate and medical certificate which includes HIV results for anyone who is applying and is aged above 12
