Residency application submission

In this stage, your application for residency and all required documents related to your investment, will be submitted to the Ministry of Economics Spain.

Due diligence

Your application will be review and go through due diligence checks. In this stage, the Spanish government will evaluate the information submitted by you.

Receive approval of residency

After a successful review of all your documents, you’ll be granted a residence permit and a letter of advice informing you of their decision.

Get Spanish residency

After you have submitted your biometrics, you will receive a residence card which comes with two years’ validity. The card can be renewed after five years. Investors are eligible to apply for permanent residency after five years, however, they must demonstrate that they have lived in Spain for more than four years and two months in the last five years.
